You may CALL our LOST/STOLEN CARD Center at 1-888-297-3416 to report your First National Bank Debit Mastercard as lost or stolen. 

The center is available 24 hours a day with trained staff. During the call you will be asked to provide your name, address and phone number. You will not be required to provide your card number although it may be helpful in certain cases. The representative can place a “BLOCKED” status on your debit card to prevent any future uses of that card. The representative (at the number above) cannot assist you with other card issues nor can they see any transactions or account balances. 

During banking hours you may contact a CSR at the bank phone number 1-870-215-4000 to report a lost or stolen card or if you need transaction information. If you need to have your card reissued or change your PIN please come in to one of our First National Bank offices during banking hours.

If you have our First Anywhere App enabled on your smartphone then you can also manage your First National Bank Debit Mastercard on the app.  Simply log into the app as you would normally do and on the main dashboard page scroll down to the  and look for the "Card management" section that will show your your Debit Mastercard(s) that you may switch "off/on".  Click on a specific card and the app will display a "Card Services" section where you may a click to "Report lost/stolen" for that Debit Mastercard.
